About Me
Born in South Carolina in the United States, I never felt like I quite fit in. I always sensed there was something more out there for me to discover. This feeling led me to start traveling - first to Australia, then Canada, and eventually to Peru.
When I arrived in Latin America, something changed. Colombia especially pulled me in, and I ended up living there for eight years. I immersed myself in the culture, traveled extensively, and even acquired citizenship and a house in Cali.
As my journey continued, I found myself in Argentina in 2025. Just as I had done in Colombia, I felt the need to deepen my understanding of the distinct Argentinian culture. I've been living there since 2025 and have acquired my Argentinian DNI.
I'm blessed for both my experiences in Colombia and Argentina. I'm grateful to have followers from both countries who understand that once you're uprooted from your home country, it's hard to find a permanent home again. My current situation can be difficult - when I'm in Argentina, I miss Colombia; when I'm in Colombia, I miss Argentina; and when I'm in the States, I miss both of them.
I'm just grateful that I've been able to consider both Colombia and Argentina home, and for the amazing reception I've received in both countries.
